EMMA WILLIAMS

I’ve always had a passion for photography. From a very young age, I never went anywhere without my camera. I loved documenting family vacations, taking grad photos for friends, and capturing all of the other in-between moments that made life special—worth remembering.

Now, I work to help the sweetest couples capture their most important moments in life as a fine art wedding and elopement photographer (or as I like to call it, a professional third-wheel). It’s the best job in the world. From the down to earth couples I get to know to the beautiful memories I help document, every moment feels like a dream come true. I am honored to be trusted with telling their love stories.

I would describe my style as warm, romantic, timeless, authentic, and a little wild. While providing direction is an important part of my job, I also love to take a step back from those more structured moments and capture the candid, raw details that bring life and emotion to your day.

Outside of being a photographer, I’m also a: momma to three fur babies, self-proclaimed delight, expert-level homebody, snack connoisseur, oxford comma advocate, and literary junkie.

I’m obsessed with rain and petrichor. I can spend hours exploring open world video games like Witcher 3 and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. I love getting lost in a good book series during the winter holidays. I always feel so nostalgic when I smell freshly cut grass, a cozy fireplace, and the pages in a new book. And I’m the type of person who gets excited when plans are cancelled because it means I get to stay home and cuddle with my fur babies.

I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in 2024 and after 6 long months of chemotherapy, I’m happy to share that I’m cancer free! While it was the hardest thing I’ve ever overcome, I found so much joy and purpose in being able to continue capturing the memories of my sweet couples through it all.

My take away: Life is short. Celebrate everything and never forget to treasure the people you love!
